Matching Donation Program FAQ’s
Many employers sponsor matching donation programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
How to Make a Matching Donation
Step 1: Donate
Donate using our online donation form and be sure to keep your receipt.
Step 2: Contact your employer
Check with your company’s human resources or benefits department to see if it participates in a matching donation program. If they do, they will have either an online form or a paper form.
Step 3: Match your donation
There are two ways you can submit your company’s matching request:
1. Download your company’s matching donation verification form, fill it out and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Mail the form to:
