Who is eligible to participate?
US residents between 15 years of age and 40 years of age at the time of entry, excluding residents of Maine that are between 15 and 17 years old, are eligible to participate. Please refer to the "Rock the Doc" Sweepstakes Official Rules.

Should I "Rock" my OB/GYN?
Yes. OB/GYN visits for women include a screening for cervical cancer and are a great opportunity to learn how to do breast self-exams. Go ahead and "Rock" your OB/GYN and discuss your family history, risks of cancer and overall health as part of the exam. Take along the Rock the Doc Physical Exam Form to help facilitate this important conversation.

Do I need to have a signed Rock the Doc Physical Exam Form in order to be eligible to win?
No, but we encourage you to make it part of your visit with your doctor! The Rock the Doc Physical Exam Form is a valuable tool to promote young adult cancer awareness and help you better advocate for your health. It also serves as a reminder to healthcare providers to pay close attention to early signs of cancer in the 15-40 age groups. I need a physical but I don't have health insurance. What should I do?

While going to the doctor regularly at any age is incredibly important, you do not need to visit your health care provider by November 30, 2010 to enter Rock the Doc. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR MORE DETAILS.

What kind of prizes will be awarded?
The Rock the Doc grand prize is a 2.01-carat diamond ring with a retail value of $30,000. Specific details on the diamond are in the Official Rules. Can I see the diamond ring?
No, sorry. The diamond is being held in a secure location with our provider. It will not be "unlocked" until it is awarded to the grand prize winner.

When is the grand prize drawing and do I need to be present?
The grand prize drawing will be on or about December 1, 2010. The winner will be announced to the public soon after January 1, 2011 as part of a Rock the Doc celebration. Specific dates will be announced soon. The winner will not need to be present.
